Now I understand how negative press can take a bite out of a company’s brand, but maybe if you weren’t being all douchy to begin with, you wouldn’t be in the state that you’re in. How can a rejection letter be under an NDA? I mean they want absolutely nothing to do with your application. Your product is not good enough to grace the pages of the Appstore. I think the rejection kinda breaks the NDA, don’t you? If you don’t want to distribute an application, you can’t really stop someone from talking about it. What are they going to do? Re-approve the application, and deny it again? This AppStore debacle is turning into a PR nightmare, and rightfully so. The cart is pulling the horses. The ole’ ad hoc/jailbroken iPhone scenario just got a major boost. Everyday an unlocked iPhone looks better and better. Apple I love you, but you’re bringing me down.
