Just stumbled across this DIY Car charger for the iPhone, and I thought I would pass it along. Personally, I’ve heard some really crazy stories about 3rd party charging cords and similar products killing the battery of the device, but if you’re the type of person who love to create electronics and full understand the consequences of doing something like this, then by all means, give it a go.
