iPhone SDK Clarification

I’ve been reading my RSS Feeds this morning and I want to clarify something about the SDK, because I don’t want FUD to get around.  You do not have to pay for the SDK.  It is Free.  You only have to pay if you really want your applications to be available in the AppStore.  This will be $99 for individual developers and $299 for enterprises to allow them to securely distribute their apps to their employees.  Again, you do not have to pay for the SDK itself.
