Applications

    By: Joshua Schnell

I just had a client have all their photos stolen from their website, and posted on another website with an intent to sell the exact same products.  This is a huge problem on the internet now days… people stealing from other people all the time, unfortunately it’s not just with photos…texts, articles, and a whole slew of other intellectual property seems to be fair game for thieves.  Some of those things can’t be helped with technology today, and some of it can.  Photos fit into that realm.  Using watermarks on your photos is a great way to cut down on this type of theft.  Now, it’s true, savvy computer users will know how to remove these watermarks, but not all thieves are that smart.  Script Software has put together a software package that puts watermarks onto your photo’s really quickly.  If you don’t have Photoshop, and need to watermark a bunch of photos, you can. iWatermark gets the work done for a fraction of the cost of Photoshop, can’t complain about that!

Well, I'm pretty much addicted to all things Apple, and Twitter. That's probably all you really need to know. If I'm not posting here, I'm probably wasting time on Twitter.
