iPod tax beat down by the Canadian Government.

Now, this is nice to hear…a government actually sticking it to media outlets and saying that they won’t let them push them around any longer.  “A proposed levy on digital storage devices, known as the “iPod tax,” has been quashed by the Federal Court of Appeal after opponents argued it assumed illegal behaviour on the part of Canadian consumers.” (via CTV) I’m so happy, I just had to share it with you guys.  Finally some common sense prevails.
